🛫 Your Scenic Flight Adventure Begins

Depart from Darwin on a stunning scenic flight across the Northern Territory coastline and into Western Australia. Along the way, enjoy aerial views of:

• Lake Argyle – one of the largest man-made lakes in the Southern Hemisphere
• Osmond Ranges – ancient, rugged ranges full of geological wonders
• Bungle Bungle Range – an unforgettable air circuit over the beehive-shaped domes of Purnululu National Park

Traditional Welcome & Cultural Connection

Upon landing, you’ll be warmly greeted by a local Gija Aboriginal guide with a traditional Muntha (Welcome to Country). Enjoy fresh damper and bush honey, served with tea and coffee, as your guide introduces you to the stories, customs, and spiritual significance of this incredible land.

Board a comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD and travel into the heart of the Northern section of the park. On foot, take a guided walk through:

• The stunning northern section of the Bungle Bungles to visit Echidna Chasm. Walk the chasm as the sun breaks through the walls and hear the dreamtime story of the cheeky echidna.

Before getting back into the 4WD to venture down to the Southern section of the park and taking a 5km guided walk through:

• Cathedral Gorge – a natural amphitheatre with extraordinary acoustics
• The iconic Beehive Domes – sandstone formations sculpted over millions of years

Your guide will share Dreamtime stories and personal insights that bring the landscape to life. This walk is suitable for anyone with basic fitness and includes time to rest, take photos, and soak in the views.
