Kookaburra Air Terms & General Conditions
Check the inclusion and exclusion applicable to each tour (Ground Tours, Destination Transfers, Entry Fees and Free Hotel Transfers).
Tours can be extended or modified to meet specific client needs if required where possible.
Infants (0-2 years inclusive) are free. (where additional seating is not available, may be required to sit on the parents lap).
Tours are not generally available Christmas Day or Good Friday. Aircraft type is dependant on availability, landing facilities and tour group numbers.
Wildlife appearances although expected cannot be guaranteed.
Payment is required for confirmation of your flight or accommodation booked on your behalf.
Unfortunately we are unable to make refunds on tour cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure.
We are also unable to refund accommodation and ground tours booked on your behalf and tours cancelled within 7 days of departure will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
All cancellations of confirmed bookings will incur a booking cost recovery fee of 5%.
Operations are covered under the Federal Carriers Liability Act for Public Liability and Group Personal Accident.
Local tour operators, as required by their licencing, covers ground operations.
Kookaburra Air reserves the right to cancel or make changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- What Do I Bring With Me?
Make sure you bring a camera for all those stunning aerial shots as well as some sun protection if your flight includes a landing or ground tour.
- What Do I Wear?
Comfortable loose clothing and comfortable shoes if landing for a ground tour.
- Do I Get A Window Seat?
Yes, everyone gets a window seat.
- Where Do I Go For Departure?
You’ll find our Darwin office at 3 Lois Lane, Darwin Airport and our Perth office at 4 Baron Way, Jandakot Airport. Alternatively we can organise transfers from your accommodation, just ask the friendly staff when making your booking.
