• 0630 – Arrive at Kookaburra Air, Darwin Airport
• 0645 – Depart on a scenic flight to Katherine
• 0815 – Arrive at Katherine Airport and transfer by bus to Katherine Gorge
• 0845 – Depart on Helicopter Scenic Flight of the Gorges –                           (weight limit per person is 125 Kg)
• 0930 – Depart on the bus to Katherine Airport
• 0945 – Depart Katherine for Cooinda airstrip
• 1100 – Arrive at Cooinda airstrip
• 1130 – Depart on Yellow Waters Cultural Cruise
• 1300 – Lunch, beverage and time to relax at the lodge  –                    (lunch and beverages not included in the base price)
• 1430 – Depart Cooinda for Darwin
• 1545 – Arrive back at Kookaburra Air

From Darwin, you will board one of our aircraft for a guaranteed window seat flight to Katherine Gorge over the Top End’s rugged landscape. You will arrive at Katherine town for a short drive to Katherine Gorge for a scenic helicopter ride over the gorges of Nitmiluk National Park. You’ll get an up-close look at areas that are simply unreachable by any other means. After exploring the gorges, you’ll then fly to Kakadu National Park, passing over the many rivers and ravines. Sit back and be amazed at the view of the ancient, unimaginable landscape that has made Kakadu so famous. You’ll be left breathless at the scope and spiritual magnificence of the land. To get the most out of Kakadu, we’ll actually land inside the park, where you can take a step back in time and admire the country from the ground. Enjoy the majestic Yellow Waters boat cruise where you will see you discover hidden areas of Kakadu, untouched by mankind. Wildlife is abundant, as is a natural beauty and cultural significance of the region. After your cruise take time out to enjoy lunch and a beveraqge or two before departing for Darwin. (lunch and beverages are not included in the base price)   Your flight back to Darwin takes in the spectacular Mary and Adelaide Rivers, before finally landing safely back in Darwin.
